Andreas Jenne is an entrepreneur with more than 10 years’ management experience in the biotech industry. Following takeover of his most recent company Kinaxo in 2011, he served as Executive Vice President for Evotec’s biomarker business. Andreas received his doctoral degree in chemistry from the Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich, in 1998. He subsequently worked as a biochemist at the Gene Center in Munich, and later as a visiting scientist with Prof. Jack Szostak at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA, USA.

Bernhard Wimmer is founding partner of Sagana Biotech Consulting. Prior to that Bernhard has been investment director at BioM AG Munich Biotech Development for 14 years and has profound knowledge in founding and building of biotech start-up companies as well as in strategic development and financing in the biotech sector. Before he joined BioM in 2000, Bernhard was head of DNA-Analytics at Toplab GmbH, a biotechnology start-up providing contract research and molecular services. Bernhard holds a Ph.D in Molecular Biology from the Technical University Munich, Germany and an MBA from the Open University Business School, Milton Keynes, UK.
